| In place of the French gourmet restaurant Le Bourguignon of a decade ago owners Gregory and Suzanne Holzmann have opened a completely refurbished Restaurant Oliv in August 2005. Modern and cozy, with an uncomplicated and pleasant atmosphere and a cuisine which is counted among the most delicious and healthy. | In contrast to earlier times this is not a gourmet restaurant, at least regarding the prices. It could be called one however considering the art of cooking, the high level of service and the range of fresh, light dishes and selected wines. |
